Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Premium Candidate Account (“Premium Product”) and are supplemental to the general Candidate Registration Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of RN Jobforce.

All editorial content, graphics, and related materials comprising the Premium Product are the intellectual property of RN Jobforce and are protected by copyright. Logos and branding associated with the Premium Product are trademarks of RN Jobforce. All other product and company names referenced herein may be the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners. You are expressly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, or disseminating any information, data, or statistics made available to you through the Premium Product with any third party or on any public or private digital platform. RN Jobforce reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Premium Product in the event of such unauthorised disclosure or misuse.

RN Jobforce is dedicated to continuous product enhancement and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, remove, or modify any features, functionalities, or services included within the Premium Product at any time during the term of your subscription, without prior notice.

Upon expiration of your Premium Product subscription, you will no longer be entitled to access or use any of the enhanced features or services provided under the Premium Product. Your account will revert to standard candidate access, retaining all baseline functionalities available to non-premium users on the RN Jobforce platform.

All fees quoted for the Premium Product are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. VAT is calculated based on the location information you provide in your RN Jobforce profile. If your location details are incomplete or unavailable, VAT will be applied according to the jurisdiction detected via your IP address or other available geolocation data.

RN Jobforce is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing provider. RN Jobforce makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding the efficacy, outcomes, or timeliness of the Premium Product in achieving your employment goals. Use of the Premium Product does not guarantee job offers, interviews, or successful placement. RN Jobforce shall not be held liable for any hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or lack thereof, made by any employer or third party.

All payments made for the Premium Product are final and non-refundable, including in cases of partial usage, user-initiated cancellation, or processing fees charged by banks or payment providers. In the event RN Jobforce terminates your subscription due to a breach of these Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period.

These Terms of Service, together with the Candidate Registration Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RN Jobforce regarding your use of the Premium Product. Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and mutually signed by authorised representatives of both parties.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of RN Jobforce.

The Platform may utilise artificial intelligence, generative language models, and automated tools (such as for drafting, messaging, or screening), which function strictly as predictive text utilities and must never be relied upon as a final authority or a substitute for professional legal, financial, or architectural advice; consequently, you must maintain strict human oversight ("human-in-the-loop") to review, verify, and approve all outputs before use, assuming sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international employment and anti-discrimination laws, as well as the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and all other relevant international data privacy regulations regarding any personal data processed by these features, while expressly consenting to the processing and potential sharing of input data with third-party AI subprocessors in strict accordance with global data minimisation and security standards; furthermore, you retain absolute ownership and sole legal liability for all user-generated content, materials, or data uploaded, transmitted, or generated via the Platform globally, and RN Jobforce accepts zero liability for professional errors, financial losses, cross-border legal disputes, or defamatory material resulting from your reliance on automated features or published content, all of which are provided entirely on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis with no warranties implied.
